This book is like the bible of grammar for students who already have an extensive vocabulary and want to improve grammar.  This book can be a self-study guide and is often used in the classroom.

Raymond Murphy’s English Grammar in Use is the world’s best-selling grammar reference and practice book for learners of English at intermediate (B1-B2) level. It’s perfect for self-study, but also ideal for supplementary grammar activities in the classroom.

    1. This is a really good book when it comes to homeschooling I believe. Grammar is crucial because it determines the way one expresses themselves, writes and elaborates detail son. I know for a fact that I wouldn’t be doing my master’s if it weren’t thanks to this. Grammar should be emphasized in school; it is used daily.

      • I agree that grammar should be emphasized, especially for foreign learners and those who follow an academic path.
